Shipment and Returns
Shipments
Castlemere will ship in-stock items within three to five business days. Out-of-Stock items will ship as soon as the item(s) becomes available.
Shipping and Handling (NO SALES TAX)
We ship to all US destinations. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your order total and will be displayed before final checkout.
Express Shipments
Express shipment is available for the Continental US. Expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges may be adjusted at time of shipment based on weight.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item(s) purchased from Castlemere, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date the item(s) was purchased for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling). Customers are responsible for the return postage.
Credit Cards
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will credit your account within 5 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item plus shipping and handling.
